Freelance data entry or graphic design
If you have a little time for asecond job, and a willingness to work on your own, opportunities in the disciplines of data entry and graphic design can be found in online marketplaces such as Upwork, Fiverr and Amazon's Mechanical Turk, said Gerrid Smith, director of e-commerce atFortis Medical Billing.
“These sites cater to independent contractors. TaskRabbit is an online marketplace that matches people looking for odd jobs with those who have jobs offered by local businesses and individuals. You might even find a job as a social media manager or virtual assistant using one of these sites. This may be a possibility for you.”
clean houses
House cleaners typically earn $50 to $90 an hour, according to Dave Bochichio, CEPF, founder ofclean cut finance. "That means if you clean a house for two hours, you just made $100. Ask your neighbors, post to local Facebook groups or use Craigslist to get started."

tutor students
If you have a little bit of experience that you aren't putting into practice, consider using it to help high school and even college students improve by tutoring in the most in-demand subject areas. “Math, science, and SAT prep teachers typically earn up to $100 an hour. One customer a day at this rate generates US$ 100,” said Bochichio.
buy for others
Before the pandemic, almost nobody used services like Instacart and UberEats. But now these services are a common way that many people get their food delivered to their home. If you like to shop, you can deliver groceries to others, recommended Ellie Shippey, an eCommerce growth expert atEZContacts.
“During peak hours, you can earn up to $25 an hour, but the typical hourly wage ranges from $10 to $20. It couldn't be easier: they deliver your order, you fill it and you get paid. . You set your own hours and choose your orders, and the flexibility is what makes it so amazing, especially if you're short on time or a stay-at-home mom or student.”

Work as a virtual assistant
In this era of remote work, one job where you can earn $100 a day without leaving your home is that of a virtual assistant. According to FlexJobs, VAs can work on a variety of tasks: helping with emails, scheduling calendars, making and answering phone calls, billing, accounting, and more. The average hourly rate for this job is $16, although it can be much higher. You would only need to work about six hours to earn $100.

sponsored posts
If you're already a blogger or have a website with decent traffic, you can earn upwards of $100 through sponsored posts, according to Daniel Foley, Director ofSEO-Auditorías.io.
“In a sponsored post, a company pays you to promote their products or services on your website. Initially earning between $100 and $200 for every sponsored post I published on Good Financial Cents, I gradually increased my fees,” explained Foley.
On blogs or sites with significant traffic, he said, a few posts can earn as much as $3,000 a month.
sell old gadgets
Your old technology could actually be a gold mine, according to Sarah McConomy, COO ofsellcell.com.
“The average American is holding a few hundred dollars worth of old gadgets. This can vary from phones, tablets, smartwatches, iPods and even game consoles. Instead of letting technology gather dust, they should be sold. Even broken appliances are still worth a hefty sum that can be added to the family budget.”
Be a usability tester
Usability testing is the concept of completing a survey or interviewing about a particular product, prototype or idea, said William Chin, a consultant atTuDigitalAid.com.
“Usually you give feedback or try to use the product as naturally as possible. This is so researchers can gather information on how to best improve your product based on your interaction. When I did usability testing for Google, they gave me $100 for a 45 minute interview. Ultimately, you have to have some skill to get picked."
Pet or home care
Many people love to travel, but they don't like to leave their pets and their homes behind. “If you are good with animals, consider offering your services as a pet sitter. These jobs can include staying at someone's home (combining cleaning and pet sitting) or just making regular visits every day while the pet's owner is unavailable," said consumer analyst Julie Ramhold withDealNews.com.
“If you prefer to offer your services as a house sitter, that is also on the table and, depending on the client, you can earn quite a bit of money in a single weekend,” he said.
You will likely need to provide references.
sell your specialties
Another way to make money is to look at your existing skills and build on them, Ramhold advised. “Do you have a great roast you'd like to make that all your friends are ordering? Are you particularly good at one type of trade? Consider selling these items online or taking commissions to earn $100. Depending on the job and item you're selling, you could make $100 with just a few orders!”
