Let's talk about how you can glow from the inside out in 2023. Much of the internet's "shiny" dialogue is based on physical transformations from ugly duckling to sexy swan, which may be fine, but we're talking about the kind of transformations that really counts, the inner type.
Even the most beautiful people with glowing skin can be miserable if you don't work on the inside, nothing you do on the outside will make you any happier. The lighting that matters is inside.
These are 50 small goals and habits you can work on all year round that will result in big results. Big changes don't usually happen overnight, do they? It takes practice, patience and consistency.
A great way to start your glow journey is to pick just a few new changes to work on at a time, and when you feel like you've successfully incorporated them into your life, start making new ones. It's a slow and steady process, but rewarding. You have it!
How to let your life shine from within in 2023
1. You have a theme or mantra for the year.
A mantra is useful when you need some hope or positivity to lean on. Here are some ideas:
- My success is inevitable and I am always on the right track.
- Amazing things happen to me every day.
- There are no limits to my ability.
- Everything I need is already inside of me.
- I always present myself as my best self in life.

Buying less is easier on your bank account and the environment, and you don't have to worry as much about making room for your new purchases.
6. Look at the stars from time to time.
Whenever I can I look up at the stars and think about all the amazing things that must be out there. The fact that each of our cells is made of stardust is amazing.
7. Tell yourself every day, "I am worthy of my dreams."
Sometimes we need a reminder that we are worthy of happiness, success, love, respect and all the things we dream about.
No one else needs to anoint you worthy, you are worthy just because you were born.
8. Celebrate your small achievements.
When it seems like everyone on Instagram is beaming and #bossbabe and doing all kinds of amazing things, it's easy to feel like we all need to be super productive every day.

You don't need to make big changes. Progress happens in small actions that are repeated day after day.
